“What a Difference a Mile Makes” Raises Awareness and Resources for Domestic Violence in Horry County

The walk is Saturday, October 15 at 9:30 a.m. in the Myrtle Beach Sports Complex.   

Jeri McCumbee of the North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club shares how the annual “What a Difference a Mile Makes” provides a community need and raises awareness surrounding domestic violence.   The walk is Saturday, October 15 beginning at 9:30 a.m. in  the Myrtle Beach Sports Complex.    Admission is $20.  Kids and dogs walk free!  Proceeds benefit raising awareness of domestic violence and the resources available to help victims of intimate partner violence, teen dating violence, elder abuse and child abuse.
