Man Arrested Stole Lottery Tickets

A Myrtle Beach man has been arrested for redeeming stolen lottery tickets. 42-year-old James Esposito II is charged with two counts of intent to defraud counterfeit game tickets. The tickets were stolen from his previous place of employment at a North Myrtle Gas Station. 11 scratch off lottery tickets were redeemed for a total of 50 dollars each at a Minuteman Food Mart in Myrtle Beach. He continued to redeem 4 scratch off’s totaling $410 at a Lowe’s Foods.
