It’s not too late for one last micro-cation! These packing tips will help you get out the door faster.  1. Pack a few dryer sheets.  Put them inside your shoes to ward off the stench that will inevitably accumulate after days of walking.   2. Dryer sheets can also get rid of deodorant stains on clothes and tame fly-a-ways.  3. Recycle plastic bags by giving them another use.  Keep your dirty clothes and away from your clean clothes in your suitcase.  Use another one for storing wet things like swimsuits and wet shoes.  4.  Fold, roll and cube your clothes.  Fold your more structured, bulky clothes: jeans, trousers, formal dresses and button-downs.  Roll up the other stuff and fit between gaps in your suitcase.   For some extra flattening down, squeeze some of those rolled clothes into packing cubes.  5. Do you departure checklist.  Make a list of everything you need to do before heading out the door whether it’s to unplug your electronics, or turn down the air, write it out.  By writing it down as you think of it throughout the week, it can eliminate that anxious feeling when you’re on the plane feeling like you’ve forgotten something.
