Mar-a-Lago Raid: FBI Returns Passports, Hearing Scheduled in Florida
Details surrounding last week’s FBI raid at the Mar-a-Lago Resort are emerging. This morning, FBI agents returned three passports that were seized in the raid. It’s unknown who’s passports those are. Another development includes a Florida judge scheduling a hearing for Thursday morning regarding the matter of unsealing FBI records related to the raid after the former President called for the unredacted release of the affidavit related to the search yesterday but the Justice Department opposed it. Last week, a judge unsealed the search warrant and property receipt which revealed that FBI agents seized approximately 20 boxes of items from Trump’s home along with a set of documents that were marked as ‘Various Classified/Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Documents’.
