There’s something about walking into your hotel and officially entering vaca mode.  To decrease your odds of bringing back any creepy crawly creatures, there’s one place travel experts say you should put your suitcase.  It’s not on the bed, or the floor, or on one of those luggage racks.   The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) recommends putting your suitcases in the hotel bathroom, or inside the tub.   The reason is because bed bugs hang on upholstered fabrics, mattresses, and in crevices of furniture.  Since they’re less likely to be in the bathroom, the tub is the safest bet. just take out before you shower!
