CCU Football Wins Numerous Honors at Sun Belt Awards

The Coastal Carolina football team has earned several 2022 Sun Belt All-Conference Preseason awards. Individual player honored include Grayson McCall who was named Preseason Offensive Player of the Year, Josaiah Stewart who was named Preseason Defensive Player of the Year. Preseason All-Sun Belt First Team Offense honors went to McCall and Willie Lampkin and Preseason All-Sun Belt First Team Defense honors went to Stewart and D’Jordan Strong. Preseason All-Sun Belt Second Team Defense went to Jerrod Clark. CCU also came in second for the 2022 Sun Belt Conference Football Preseason Coaches Poll in the West Division.
