Audra combines two of her favorite things into a cool drink for the summer.   She found this recipe that combines watermelon and lavender into a cool treat that easy to make and under 100 calories.

Watermelon Lavender Daiquiri (or mocktail)

For a batch of four people,  simply blend the ingredients and you’re good to go!
-2 cups seedless watermelon
-1 lime (teaspoon of the zest and 3 tablespoons of the juice)
-2 lavender springs
-1 cup ice
-4 oz rum (optional)

With the rum, this drink comes in at just under 100 calories and 5 grams of sugar.
