Audra shares a health trend worth mixing up!  The honey bomb is all over social media in various forms.  Audra saw it on the TikTok account of @laurie.boudreaux and decided to give it a try.   It’s an immunity booster made with honey, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and pepper and vanilla flavoring.

Honey Bomb

1 cup of honey (Audra uses local honey, Manuka honey is also an option)

2 teaspoons each: ground turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pure vanilla extract

1-2 teaspoons of ground black pepper

Combine ingredients then add to honey or mix it up directly into your jar of honey.  No need to refrigerate.  Keep it on the counter for a daily scoop.
