Gas Prices Decline for Third Week in a Row

Gas prices in South Carolina and around the United States are on the decline for the third week in a row. This morning, GasBuddy reported the average fuel price per gallon in the state had fallen 12.5 cents over the past week coming in at $4.25 per gallon. The national average also dropped by 10.4 cents per gallon to around $4.78 a gallon. The price of diesel also fell by 6.8 cents nationally falling to an average of $5.72 a gallon. Gas prices in South Carolina are 18.8 cents per gallon cheaper than they were a month ago but $1.44 per gallon more expensive than they were this time last year.
