Four Sentenced in Child Sex Trafficking Investigation

A hearing was held yesterday morning in Florence for a child sex trafficking and exploitation case with defendants from both Arizona and the Pee Dee. 25 year old Hart William Grow of Surprise, Arizona was sentenced to 37 years in federal prison for child sex trafficking and the sexual exploitation of a separate minor. 37 year old Theodore Woolings Bye, III, was sentenced to 24 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of a minor. 28 year old Sanadin Mohamed Elrayes of Surfside Beach was sentenced to five years behind bars for transferring obscene material and 44 year old Charles Joseph Spillane of Myrtle Beach was also sentenced to five years for transferring obscene material. The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, SLED, the Horry County Sheriff’s Office and the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
