Robeson County Man Charged With First-Degree Murder
A man has been charged with first-degree murder after a woman was found burned in Robeson County yesterday. 36 year old Cedric Locklear of Rowland is also being charged with concealing and failing to report a death, as well as altering, destroying and burning of personal property. The woman’s body was found behind a home on Cabinet Shop Road. Immediate family members were notified but the victim’s identity has not been revealed. Locklear is behind bars at the Robeson County Detention Center without bond.
