Anybody who spends time on a computer is eventually going to complain about neck tightness and pain.

Nearly everyone these days suffers from it. Anybody who spends time on a computer is eventually going to complain about neck tightness and pain. To do this…sit up straight…and imagine a number 8 in front of you slowly trace it in the air with your nose 8 times. Then flip the 8 on its side and do it again. Basically rotate your neck clockwise and counterclockwise in smooth slow motions.
