The arm twist is a social media challenge that has many trying to figure out the catch.  Folks are having fun trying to get this one and posting videos of themselves trying.  It looks simple but it’s more difficult than you may think.   The trick in question asks the participant to their cross arms in front, link their hands, and then turn them over.  If you try it, send us a video clip (agrant@wfxb.com).
