Moody’s Offense Dates Back to Same Day Drexel Disappeared
According to a background check from SLED, the offense date listed for Raymond Moody’s obstructing justice charge is listed as April 25, of 2009, which is the same day Brittanee Drexel disappeared. Moody was arrested on May 4th and charged with obstructing justice, it’s still unknown if his arrest is connected to the Drexel case. Moody remains behind bars with a $100,000 bond. Drexel was reported missing in 2009 after coming to Myrtle Beach without her parent’s permission. The FBI announced in 2016 that she was kidnapped, taken to the McClellanville Area of Charleston County, held there for a few days and killed.
