One Taken to Hospital After Two Vehicle Crash in Conway

One person was taken to the hospital after a two vehicle crash with entrapment near Conway last night. The accident occurred around 8:50 p.m. in the area of south Highway 701 and Copperhead Road. Serious injuries were reported and one person was transported to a local hospital. The City of Conway Fire Department assisted on the scene and the South Carolina Department of Public Safety is investigating.
