Potato  Salad 
3 lb Potatos cut into 1″ chunks
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Milk
2 TBSP White Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
2 stalks Celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped Parsley
2 TBSP Chives, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Boil Potatoes,  TBSP Salt. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook until tender. Drain.
In large  bowl, whisk Mayo, Milk, Vinegar,  Sugar, Celery, Salt & Pepper. Add Parsley & Chives.
Add dressing and serve or refrigerate.

Bacon Cheeseburger  Balls
1 Egg
1 envelope  Onion Soup Mix
1 lb Hamburger meat
2 TBSP Flour
2 TBSP Milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar
4 Bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
Coating:
2 Eggs
1 cup crushed Saltines (about 30)
5 Tbsp Oil
In large bowl combine egg and soup. Add beef and mix well. Divide into 36

1 Egg
1 envelope  Onion Soup Mix
1 lb Hamburger meat
2 TBSP Flour
2 TBSP Milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar
4 Bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
Coating:
2 Eggs
1 cup crushed Saltines (about 30)
5 Tbsp Oil
In large bowl combine  egg & soup. Add beef and mix well. Divide into 36 portions. Set aside. In another large bowl, combine the flour and milk until smooth. Add cheese and bacon. Mix well. Shape cheese mixture into 36 balls. Shape one beef portion around each cheese ball. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs for coating. Place cracker crumbs in another bowl. Dip Meatballs into eggs, then coat with crumbs.  Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until meat is no longer pink and coating is golden brown , 10-12 minutes.
