A Gluten-Free Pepper Rice Dish for Cinco de Mayo!

WFXB Producer Tori Adams shares her recipe for 3 Pepper Rice, a gluten-free dish perfect to add to your Cinco de Mayo dishes.

  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Sweet Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 white onion
  • White Rice (cooked)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Sauté chopped pepper and onions with butter.  Then add your cooked rice.  Stir and let the flavors gather.  Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
