The middle-aged and older population should aim for seven-hours of sleep a night. that’s according to a study published in the Scientific Journal Nature Aging.  Researchers say those who get that amount of shut-eye are likely to have stronger memories and a better ability to learn new things. The findings are based on information from some 500,000 between the ages of 38-and-73 .
