Horry Georgetown Technical College, Coastal Carolina University Sign Honors Student Agreement

Coastal Carolina University and Horry Georgetown Technical College have signed an agreement for honors students! Students enrolled at HGTC can now transfer up to 18 credit hours of honors course work from the college to Coastal. Students who graduate from the honors program at HGTC with an Associate of Arts degree or an Associate of Science degree that have a GPA of 3.5 or higher will automatically be accepted into CCU’s Honors College. Students who are in good standing in the HGTC honors program but have not graduated will be invited to apply to CCU’s honors college as well.
