According to one study your brain is making upward of 35,000 decisions each day! If you find yourself feeling more more irritable and struggling to deal with situations you wouldn’t ordinarily have trouble dealing with, you may be experiencing this. One way to combat decision fatigue is creating routines and sticking to them. Also, enlist your partner to help split the decisions that affect both of you.
