Study Says Time-Restricted Diets Don’t Benefit You More Than Regular Dieting

People have tried countless ways to lose weight…but one recent popular trend might not be as helpful as you think. The New England Journal of Medicine found
that intermittent fasting does not have more benefits than normal calorie restriction. Two adult groups in China were put on diets, with half the group put on a time restriction for eating. Results found that those in the intermittent fasting group showed no greater weight loss than those just on a regular diet.
