A furry Florida resident breaks the world record as the oldest pup. According to “Guinness”, this chihuahua named Toby Keith set the record on March 16th when he turned 21 years, and 66 days old. The average lifespan for a chihuahua is 12 to 18 years, so he’s blown way past that. His owner says Toby has a heart condition, but it doesn’t give him too much trouble.
