South Carolina Man Charged Following Dog Attack

A court hearing took place in connection to the south carolina woman who was left without arms after a vicious dog attack. The owner of the canines, Justin Minor was in court last week on multiple charges after his three dogs allegedly attacked the 38-year-old mother of three. Kyleen Waltman, was attacked by the dogs last Monday morning. A Go-Fund-Me page says Waltman had both arms amputated up to the shoulder plus her colon removed and her esophagus may also have to be taken. Abbeville Animal Control took possession of the dogs, two pit bulls and a mixed breed. Deputies say the animals did not have up to date rabies shots. The investigation of the incident is ongoing. Minor was given a 15-thousand dollar bond and he’s due back to court in May.
