Childproofing your home is important when the little ones visit. This hack may come in handy for the unexpected visit and you gotta make do on the fly. Didn’t have time to pick up one of those childproof handles for the door. You can make your own. Take a small plastic storage bowl, one that the lid screws on. Remove the lid and cut slits like you see here, both diagonally and vertically in a t shape. Slide it over the handle and twist the bottom back on.
Got a little one that needs a bath, but you have the walk-in showers…Just pick up one of those baby pools at Walmart. Inflate it and put it into the shower. Fill with water and throw in some rubber duckies. And you’ve created a fun bath time! This may even nip any complaining about cleaning up for bedtime.
