North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival Rescheduled

We’re expected to see some rain and cold temps this weekend but there are still a lot of great events going on locally…here are some happening in our area.

Unfortunately the 32nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in North Myrtle Beach has been postponed due to the threat of severe weather. Originally scheduled for tomorrow, the city has announced the parade and “associated events” will be pushed to next Saturday on the 19th.

Tonight and tomorrow head out to the annual Surfside BBQ Festival! There will plenty of food, vendors and fun activities for the kids plus, live music! This event runs from 5 to 7 tonight and from 10 to 4 tomorrow.

If you’re a fan of Neil Diamond, head out to the Alabama Theatre for the ultimate tribute show! The show begins at 7 tomorrow night as Jay White will perform Diamond’s best hits!

The Strand Theatre in Georgetown presents “California Suite”! See the play tonight or tomorrow at 8 pm or on Sunday at 2:30. It’s based on the 1976 comedy play by Neil Simon that follows the dilemmas of different guests staying in a luxury hotel suite.
