Florence County Sheriff’s Office Searching for Missing Man

The Florence County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing man. 41 year old Charlie Ivey Jernigan II from Timmonsville was last seen between 9:30 and 10 am yesterday leaving a restaurant in Effingham. He is driving a white Ford Taurus with a South Carolina license plate and was last seen driving towards Florence. There is a dent on the driver’s side door and a handicap plaque in the rear view mirror as well as paw stickers on the rear widow. Jernigan is 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds, has blue eyes and brown hair. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Florence County Sheriff’s Office.
