You Will Love This Sweet Hack for Powdered Sugar in Today’s Tips

Don't you hate it when you forget to put powdered sugar on the grocery list. Not anymore!

We’re kicking it in the kitchen with social media hacks in today’s Thursday Tips.  First up, how to skin salmon.  Remove it this way.  No need for one of those fancy products that cut it off for you.  Heat water to boiling and slowly pour over the top of the fish with skin side up.  Pour off the water so you’re not cooking the fish. Repeat. The skin releases and you can peel right off.   Simply your homemade meatballs with this hack. Season the meat according to your recipe.  When it comes to making the appetizer, use your pasta fork.  Press it into the mixtures and it does all the work for you and makes them look like straight from Bobby Flay’s kitchen.  Here’s another tip with your ground meat.  When you’re making one of those skewers of meat, no need to get one of those things.  Instead recycle your water bottle into a nifty gadget to do it for you.  Cut the top off, fill it with the ground meat, flip it onto the bottom of another bottle, put a skewer in it’s ready to be cooked and served on the Instagram-worthy platter.  When it comes time for dessert don’t you hate it when you realize you don’t have the powdered sugar the recipe calls for.  Not to worry!  Confectionary sugar can be made from granulated sugar using your blender or ninja. BTW, brown sugar is just granulated sugar with molasses.
