Colin Farell is Getting a ‘Penguin’ Spinoff Series

The show will follow Oswald Cobblepot as he rises through the ranks of Gotham's criminal underworld to become the Penguin. 

A Batman spinoff series starring Colin Farrell has been ordered by HBO Max. Its been in the works since last year and now has the money stamp. Farrell will return for the limited series after starring as the famous Batman villain, the Penguin, in the recently released film. Based on the characters for DC, the show will follow Oswald Cobblepot as he rises through the ranks of Gotham’s criminal underworld to become the Penguin.
