In a study, those who worked in a room set to their preferred temp performed better on tasks that required memory. It seems being comfy wards off mental foggies. Can’t adjust the temperature in your office? No problem, 80 percent said they performed better at work when they’re dressed comfortably and if it’s chilly, some admit to keeping a blanket near by. So, if it’s chilly, keep your fav blankie on standby. It will help you stay on task.
