Two Horry County Men Charged for Drug Distribution

Two Horry County men were federally sentenced for distributing drugs. 28 year old Scorpio Tisdale of Galivants Ferry was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by five years of court-ordered supervision. 29 year old Michael McKenith of Aynor was sentenced to seven years in prison followed by four years of supervision. The men both plead guilty to possession with intent to distribute heroine and fentanyl. Evidence shows Tisdale and McKenith were both involved with a conspiracy over multiple years to distribute drugs in the Aynor area. Two other people have also pleaded guilty and will be sentenced at a later date.
