Consistently exercising might have more benefits than expected. A recent study published by the “British Journal of Sports Medicine” shows engaging in just 30 to 60 minutes of exercise weekly can reduce the risk of heart disease and even death. Researchers analyzed data of more than 500 thousand people and found the risks for illnesses like diabetes and cancer or any other medical cause were reduced by roughly 10 to 17 percent. Experts suggest lifting weights, push-ups, and even squats can be a good addition to your routine.
