Doing Chores Might Actually Be Good for Your Health

If you despise doing chores...this might make you want to pick up a broom or even clean the toilets!

New research claims those who spend four hours a day performing daily chores, like washing the dishes, were 62% less likely to suffer from heart disease. Experts say the study demonstrates that all movement counts towards disease prevention…adding that not all exercise has to be done in a gym. Spending more time throughout the day on our feet, moving about the house can also decrease the likelihood of a stroke.
