Investigation Underway After Early Morning Fire in Conway

An investigation is underway after crews were called to a mobile home dealer in Conway this morning to battle a fire. Horry County Fire Rescue crews responded to the 2000 block of Highway 501 this morning at 5:14 am and found one structure with heavy fire damage and another unit with heat damage. Traffic was blocked for about two hours as crews battled the blaze. There were no injuries reported. City of Conway Fire Department, Conway Police Department, South Carolina and Horry County Police Departments assisted on the call. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
