Team James Tops Team Durant At All-Star Game
The NBA All-Star game was held yesterday and LeBron James led his team to a 163 to 160 victory against Team Durant. Team James was given a target of 163 after Team Durant led with a score of 139 to 138 heading into the fourth quarter with 24 points added to the score in memory of Kobe Bryant’s jersey number. Steph Curry earned the Kobe Bryant Trophy as the game’s MVP after scoring 50 points which was just two points shy of Anthony Davis’ all-time record. He also set a new all-star game record for three-pointers with 16. Before Curry, Paul George held that record with 9 back in 2016.
