Valentine’s is over and so is the excuse to eat all that sugar.  Wellness magazine, Healthline, published three ways to help curb the craving for it.  Take a hot shower or warm bath for 5-10 minutes.  They say the dazed chill feeling from the warm shower rids the craving.  Going for a brisk walk is also suppose to help.  It puts distance between you and the craving and releases endorphins which helps you overcome it.  Finally, eat regular meals of protein-rich foods such as meat, fish and eggs.  The last thing you want is a craving when you’re hungry.  It’s nearly impossible to resist.
