OLYMPICS: Kaillie Humphries Wins Gold, Elana Meyers Taylor Wins Silver for Team USA in Women’s Monobob

Today marks day 10 of the Olympics and Team USA is adding to it’s official medal count! Currently the athletes are bringing home 7 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze medals for a total of 16. Norway leads with most medals with 21 in total followed by the ROC with 18, Team USA with 16 and Germany, Austria and Canada tied with 15 each. Team USA, won gold in women’s 500m, mixed team snowboard cross, women’s snowboard halfpipe, women’s snowboard cross, mixed team aerials, men single skating some of which we reported on last week. Most recently, Kaillie Humphries earned gold and Elana Meyers Taylor took silver for Team USA in Women’s monobob.
