Body of Missing Myrtle Beach Man Found

A search for a missing man has ended after his body was found. The search for 61 year old Ralph Whitehead was called off around 10:45 yesterday morning when his body was found by Public Safety Personnel in a wooded area near Steeple Chase Drive about a mile from where he was reported missing. His body will be sent to MUSC for an autopsy and no foul play is suspected. The Horry County Police Department is investigating.
