Community Raises Support for Myrtle Beach Man Learning to Walk Again

Each Wednesday WFXB teams up with Maguire Law Firm for Carolina Kindness.  We begin with a local act from Myrtle Beach.  A Grand Strand community comes together to help one of their own. Drew Brophy is known for his kindness, his incredible ability to surf the waves, and for his artwork.   Drew fell ill to Covid last year and was hospitalized.  He is still recovering with physical therapy.  It was a rough go for months and he still has a long way to go.  So much support as friends raised thousands of dollars to help drew and his wife Maria.  Drew reports the most important gift has been the prayers and support.
