Nadal surpassed the previous men's record of 20.

Yesterday during the final for the Australian Open, Rafael Nadal won his 21st Grand Slam title after beating Daniil Medvedev. Nadal surpassed the previous men’s record of 20 held jointly between Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic. He returned to the court during the Melbourne Summer Set Tournament at the beginning of January and won his first ATP title since may of 2021 after missing the second half of the year with a foot injury.
