Here’s something else that’s apparently not good for us, scales.  A practicing dietician talked about this recently in an article saying that the mistake many clients make is judging progress by the weight on the scale.  It’s a number that says very little about your overall health.  And it’s old-school.   You can be feeling really great one week, you meal prepped, you worked out, you’re being kinder to yourself, and then you hop on the scale and all of  sudden it cam completely change your day.
