Your Stress Could Be Related to How You View Time

Have you heard of time-stress?

Stress comes in many forms.   Have you heard of being time-stressed?  It’s when we are worried about not having enough of time or are concerned about things we haven’t done. When we feel this way, the best thing to do is give it away.  By sharing our time with others it signals to your brain, “Hey, I’m giving my time away, I must have plenty of it.”  This helps alleviate dread of not having enough and even helps alleviate regret from misspent time in past. Being generous with time makes you feel rich with it.
