This is one trend that is causing many to scratch their heads and everything in between.  Introducing Pantashoes. Shoes with a twist.  They are defined as  skintight leggings with built in shoes. Kim K made Balenciaga’s version of Pantashoes famous part of her everyday uniform.  We are all still trying to figure out how to wear them.  Would make for an interesting airport security situation.
