How to Make Snow Cream, With or Without Real Snow

It's time to review the art of making snow cream!

Many in our area may see some white stuff this weekend. The further inland and north you live…so it’s time to review the art of making snow cream! You can make this one with or without real snow. Just use shaved or crushed ice instead.

8 cups of snow or ice
1 cup of milk (any kind)
1/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Mix it in a bowl or blend well in a blender for those using ice. Then enjoy!
