Study Shows Antiperspirant Works Best if Applied at Night

Have you been using antiperspirant wrong your whole life?

Have you been using antiperspirant wrong your whole life? A new study says we should be putting it on at night rather than morning.  Antiperspirant plugs your pores and prevents you from sweating, and in the evening, your body temperature drops while you’re asleep, so you sweat less.   Sweating too much can prevent an antiperspirant from doing its thing.  Basically, putting it on at night gives your skin more time to absorb the active ingredient, usually aluminum.  Most antiperspirants are designed to work for 24 to 48 hours. so it’ll still work fine the next day.
