Partying without the alcohol will be one of the biggest health trends for 2022. 

Move over hangovers, Dry January is the new trend.  It’s been growing for years but has seen a resurgence thanks to a boozy pandemic in which alcohol sales soared. Non-alcoholic, zero proof versions of vodka, rum, gin and even tequila are on the rise too.  One look at social media trends and sites such as Clean Co, and you’ll see Sober October and Dry January catching fire with store fronts offering a healthier way to party.  According to analysts, partying without the alcohol will be one of the biggest health trends for 2022.  Also look for the functional drinks like prebiotic sodas and sparkling tonics with benefits that boost the immune system and aid in stress relief.
