Experts Say the Christmas Tree Shortage is Fake News

Fewer trees in lots is actually a good thing as there's less waste. 

If you’ve heard that there was a Christmas tree shortage, the National Christmas Tree Association says not true! It seems like every year warning arise about folks needing to get a tree early before they sell out! but, Doug Hundley, a spokesperson for the National Christmas Tree Association says they’ve been trying to stop the spread of these warning for years. Here’s why it happens…between 1995 and 2015, there was an oversupply of trees. Hundly claims that people were very accustomed to seeing hundreds of trees on tree lots” but now, fewer trees in lots is actually a good thing as there’s less waste.
