Did you know just by watching our show it relieves stress!  Just being part of workplace banter and punning has been shown to reduce stress, which can benefit your blood pressure.  Between the bantering of Greg and Audra and his puns…you’re sure to benefit.  In fact any type of light hearted back and forth conversations not only relieves stress but boosts endorphins.  It makes sense as there’s usually a smile and sometimes laughing involved. The same same concept goes with the act of flirting.  The study also found that it can even help with some types of insomnia.   So find a good joke, prepare a good pun or grab some flowers and make someone’s day!
