Its as simple as yoga or some chair exercises!
For the good of your health…take just a few minutes out of every hour and get moving. Researchers at the King’s College in London looked at sedentary lives during the pandemic and say moving around for as little as five minutes an hour can help reverse negative effects of inactivity. The scientists gauged people from the start of the pandemic to the end of 2020 in various activity levels from robust to sitting still. They say lockdowns created an extra hour of inactivity daily. But moving, even in light exercise, such as yoga or chair exercises helped reduce bad effects.
