These Fat-Free Candies are Full of Sugar

Don't be fooled by the fat-free labels on these.

It’s pretty difficult to avoid sugar on Halloween.  But if possible, nutritionist say stay clear of the candy corn and smarties, airheads, gummy bears and jelly beans.  Don’t be fooled by the fat-free labels on these.  That does not mean it’s good for you.   These are also pure sugar, and only spike your blood sugar with nothing to counter or slow the absorption. But if you must, enjoy in moderation.
