If you don’t have a 6-pack, just blame it on your genetics!  A study done in England revealed that your genes play a large role in how you build muscle. Basically, people with ‘good’ genes are able to bulk up their muscles and get fit quicker.  But for some, they might never see their abs.   Researchers say there are 13 genes responsible for how the body reacts to cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and anaerobic power exercises.  Their findings could mean genetic testing may be used to better tailor exercises to individuals.
